My thoughts...

On the image above, I wonder: "How can anyone be so effective in these circumstances?". How can someone be organized in such a work environment? A pile of sheets with different data everywhere, almost like you can not move the mouse on the desk, post-it notes on the screen, in conclusion: mess!

You just can't work here effectively. It's a dangerous environment and you can easily bring the status of the low performer. You must change your way of working! The order is the first step to efficiency. The more less things you have on your desk, the more you are more likely to be more calm, alert and focused on your activity, and the positive results will certainly come. And besides, people make their impression about you just by observing your desk. You do not want to leave the impression that you are most messy, right? Okay, I convinced you, wanna be Organized, no?

In conclusion, in a messy office you are wasting time searching for documents and different things. You simply choke! Change this negative state! Sort your stuff! Keep only what you really need on your desk. Get rid of unnecessary stuff! Maintain cleanliness and order in your office. It is the first and perhaps most important step towards achieving a high efficiency!
